Whispers the Shoppe: Whispers is located in Water Valley, MS near Oxford . They carry candles, herbs, incense, altar tools, divination tools, gem stones, jewelry, and books, they also make custom candle, incense and blends. Whispers offers workshops, advertises events for local groups, and book exchanges. Whispers has recently become a sponsor of WPSA and has been working to advertise for our group. (thanks again !!)
